Ellis Butler
Ellis Butler (1869–1937) was a prolific American author. Over forty years as a professional writer, he published more than two thousand stories, the best known of which is the comic saga “Pigs Is Pigs.” His most famous series character was the correspondence school detective Philo Gubb.
